The Active Healthcare Group started as an Osteopathy Clinic 15 years ago and our treatment of back, neck and shoulder complaints remains our busiest clinic today.

Back and/or neck pain can be extremely upsetting, frightening and debilitating - stopping us doing even very simple everyday tasks and activities. Sciatica, bulging discs, impingements and pelvic instability are core areas of expertise for Active Healthcare and we have successfully helped more than 5,000 patients develop a healthy, pain-free, fully mobile back and neck.

Almost half of all UK adults may be living with chronic back pain; often due to trauma, road traffic accidents, bad posture or poor body biomechanics. Through a combination of Osteopathy, Soft Tissue Therapy and Rehabilitation we offer treatment and provide the tools for patients to resolve their back and neck issues and lead a healthy back life.
